Refund & Cancellation Policy
CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION - REFUND TERMS
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
The shipping cost, which is the cost of product delivery, shall be paid by the buyer.
Each product purchased shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer, to the person and/or organization, within the legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT'S PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the order in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION:
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used without authorization by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product was not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the seller's expenses covered. The product must be returned to the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED PERIOD DUE TO UNJUSTIFIED REASONS:
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure circumstances unforeseen by the seller, the buyer is informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, this amount is refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation date. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancelled the order, the product price is refunded to the bank account within 14 days from the cancellation date, however the transfer of this amount to the buyer's account by the bank may take 2-3 weeks.
IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging will not be accepted from the cargo company. The goods/services received are deemed to be undamaged and complete. THE BUYER must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
THE BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the specified address, by notifying the SELLER through the contact information specified below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

Duration of Right of Withdrawal:
If a service is purchased by the buyer, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax or e-mail, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions set forth in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or to THE BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution at the time of return. Order returns related to invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
Return form: Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
REFUND CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obligated to refund the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to return the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer's fault or if return becomes impossible
The buyer is obligated to compensate the seller's losses according to the seller's degree of fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount falls below the campaign limit determined by the SELLER, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
Products without right of withdrawal:
Underwear, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, products at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration, products prepared in line with THE BUYER's request or explicitly personal needs and not suitable for return are delivered to THE BUYER. Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging has been opened by THE BUYER after delivery, products mixed with other products after delivery and inseparable by their nature, products related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription contracts, services provided instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables cannot be returned according to the Regulation if their packaging has been opened by THE BUYER. Furthermore, in accordance with the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised before the expiration of the withdrawal period for services initiated with the consumer's consent.
For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery materials (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) to be returnable, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.
A SITUATION WITH DEFERRED AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
THE BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement made between the credit card holder bank and the bank, and that they will be liable to the bank in case of default if they perform payment transactions with a credit card. In this case, the relevant bank may initiate legal proceedings; it may demand the expenses and attorney fees that will arise from THE BUYER, and in any case, if THE BUYER defaults in paying their debt, THE BUYER accepts to compensate for the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
